Hockey Club Gym Facilities
Northampton Saints Hockey Club (NSHC) and Moulton Sports Complex (MSC) are able to offer Gym facilities to NSHC members for only £75 a year!
The Gym, situated at end of the central corridor at MSC adjacent to the Sports Hall viewing windows, is compact and has a range of fitness equipment.
- 2 Rowers
- 2 Treadmills
- 3 Steppers
- 3 Bikes
- Shoulder press
- Lat Pulldown
- Chest Press
- Chin up/dip machine
- Leg Curl/Extension
- Pec Dec
- Leg Press
- Bicep Curl
- Few free weights (upto 5KGs)
Area for floor exercises and stretches.
Membership Charges
£75 for unlimited gym & class use Subscription for a year £3.00 per gym session and £3.70 per class Or pay as you go £15 (everyone must undertake an induction session) Gym induction fee Free membership of the complex for as long as you are a member of NSHC MSC membership All other bookings e.g. Badminton, Tennis etc., at member rates Member rates There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, otherwise payment for the courts still stands Cancellation policyIf you would like to join the Gym then contact one of the MSC staff on 01604 641622 or email MSC.
Fitness Room Exclusions
The gym is also used by the school so there are time slots when it is unavailable; these change on a term by term basis and are available from MS staff and are published on the MSC Web Site.
During school hours the changing rooms are for school use only.
