MRHA Men's Home Team Match Sheet- For the Mens captains to fill in prior to a mens league games
MRHA Mens Away Team Match Sheet - For the Mens captains to fill in prior to a mens league games
Match Fees Sheet 2011/12 - Captains they complete their new match sheet, keep the main part form themselves, then tear the slip off. The slip is put into the money bag provided then put into the safe by the following Tuesday evening after training at the latest.
Electronic Match Fees Sheet 2011-12 - Using the form completed on a sat the details are to be transposed onto this ready-prepared electronic form and emailed to matchfees@hotmail.co.uk and jonathan.keep@cosworth.com/ Nicky.Milford@moulton.ac.uk by no later than Tuesday evening.
SENIOR CLUB DOWNLOADS:
Transfer forms - For mens players looking to join or leave our wonderful club. This only needs to be signed if your joining from 1 Midlands club to another (i.e. from Leicester to us)
Annual Subs - StandingOrder form - Adults - would you rather pay your subs monthly than in one lump sum at the end of October? Then fill in the attached form by the middle of September 2011 and return it to your team or club captain
