Hockey Camps | May Half Term 2022

Northampton Saints Hockey Club alongside Evolution Hockey Camps are running Performance and Talent & Junior Camps this May Half Term!

If you haven't been on one of our hockey camps before, here are the ins and outs! Plus if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us!
Location: Moulton College Gate 4 Water Base Pitch
Times: 9:00 until 16:30
Food: Hot lunch is provided onsite at the College with all food and dietary requirements catered for. (This can be noted on your booking)
What to bring: Yourself first and foremost! Then suitable clothing for the weather, a water bottle, a stick (we can provide if needed), a gum shield and shin pads! Plus bring a few little snacks for breaks between playing to stay on top of energy levels!
What to expect: A full day of hockey! Whether or not that is with the Performance or Talent & Junior Camps, both of our camps offer full days of hockey!
The Performance Camps are styled like a NAGS or Performance Centre training day with high intensity sessions, rest times, lunch time keynote talks and presentations and then ending with competitive games.
On the Talent & Junior side of the Camps, we take it at a little slower pace compared to the Performance group... thats not to say we dont have as much fun! The Talent & Junior Camps start with non-hockey warm up games and are then broken down into shorter sessions, with focus on skills and fun games! Followed by a healthy hour lunch break and then back to the pitch for competitive games in the afternoon!
- Performance Camp | Monday 30th May 2022
- Aimed at players aged 13 to 17 who are currently at Academy Centre (County Hockey), Performance Centre or playing School 1st XI/equivalent and are looking to push and stretch their hockey!
- Talent & Junior Camps | Tuesday 31st & Wednesday 1st June 2022
- Aimed at players aged 8 to 12 who are either brand new to the sport or currently playing at School or Club wanting to develop their skills and have fun with their current friends or make new ones at Hockey Camp!
