Pre season fitness training

All Men's & Ladies 1st/2nd XI squads are invited you our pre season fitness training which will take place at Unit 22.
Starts Thursday 14th July 7:30-8:30pm
There is a small cost of £5 a session & the sessions will run for 6 weeks. These sessions must be booked online using the following link: (can book online from 7th July)

You will have to register & sign a waiver to be able to take part.
Unit 22 is Northampton's premier strength & conditioning gym, who have previously helped with Northampton Saints Rugby Club's pre-season training! The training is being specifically design for us and will focus on getting us match fit for the start of the season.
