Dont forget Fitness training every Saturday morning: 9.30am – 10.30am.
We do circuit training, pilates and sprint work

Held at Moulton Sports Complex.

We recently interviewed one of the members who’s been along to all the fitness sessions so far this summer:

“I’ve been going for the last 2 months and really enjoyed myself.  I’m fitter than I’ve ever been and my body looks great. I’m going to be the fittest player in the mens 3s next season! and best of all, Mrs Jim loves it!”
