Home games – 11 February (Cancelled)

After a heroic pitch clearance attempt…it was to prove too much for the 20 volunteers that braved the cold. With too much snow (and no cookies and milk on offer), the energy levels flagged and clearance adjourned to the clubhouse.

The consequence is that the pitch is still snowbound and unplayable. All scheduled League games are called off. Team captains will advise players of away game status.

Never fear however, as we will be having a gas bbq and refreshments at the clubhouse from 11.00. A day filled with TV sport and merriment. Anyone who feels like some Unihoc (or to try their hand at indoor), should bring their stick. Bring a few bob to help pay for the hall cost…
