Club Communication and AGM Minutes

As discussed at the AGM, and mentioned on numerous occasions by the membership, members want to be able to see what is discussed in the committees. The Executive Committee met, last night, for a monstrous inaugural meeting that ended at 12.30. It was proposed and seconded (without objection) to do exactly what the members want. 

Every time the Executive Committee, Junior Section, Academy and Senior Section meet minutes will be recorded and they will be published on the web. AGM minutes will also be published so those that disn’t attend can see what was discussed.

Members are encouraged to read the minutes when they are published and quickly adress any questions to the Secretary who will then email support/objections/queries to the relevant section or committee. The governing bodies will then respond to members as soon as possible.
