Guy Roberts Charity Cycle Ride

Published by on

Hi All

This summer, along with 43 other cyclists some of which are novice cyclists (such as myself!), I will be riding from Llandudno to Shrewley near Warwick in aid of Molly Olly’s Wishes. Over 200 miles in 3 days, with the small matter of Snowdonia National Park on the way!

Molly Olly’s Wishes is a charity whose mission is “to support emotionally and financially, where appropriate, the lives of children with terminal or life threatening illnesses through the UK and to advise and assist their families”. The charity was set up by Molly Ollerenshaws parents and friends after Molly lost her five year long battle with cancer, in June 2011, aged only 8 years old.

Molly’s parents, Tim and Rachel have been friends of mine for over 30 years, so I really would appreciate any donations you can make.

In order to make a donation, please visit my fund raising page www.charitygiving.co.uk/guyroberts, this also includes a link to the Molly Olly’s Wishes website, which I feel demonstrates what a fantastic cause this is for and what a special girl Molly was. Also, SG Fleet, the company I work for, have been incredibly generous and very kindly agreed to match £ for £ any monies I raise (up to £2,000), so anything you donate will effectively be doubled. Fantastic!

Any donation, however large or small will be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to pass on this email to any friends/family who you think may sponsor me and/or may be interested in the charity

Many thanks,

Guy Roberts
