Adult Volunteers Urgently needed to Assist with Northampton Hockey Club (Saints) – BadgersTeams:

Badgers Team – Side of pitch Managers  & On Pitch Coaches/Mentors:

Adult Male or Female Volunteers are needed to assist in managing teams on the pitch side and organising young hockey players (13 – 17 year olds of both genders) participating in Badgers League Matches, which are usually played on Saturdays. Active or previous hockey experience would be useful, and if you can play as one of our on-pitch adults (4 adult players are allowed per Badgers match, no shots at goal allowed!) this would be most welcome, being the key mentoring roles to our young players.

Several volunteers are required for the above mentioned roles and would be welcomed from either existing Club Members, Parents or potential New Members.

Other Volunteers sought for Roles across the Club

The Junior section especially welcomes parents of 6 to13 year olds who would be willing to help administer a team (no hockey knowledge required) which roles involve emailing parents for Sunday league 7-a-side matches and coordinating available players to make up teams.  We also always need parents/volunteers to take a role as side of pitch coaches for orchestrating these games on the day.  If you are able or willing to help the Junior Club Teams, please contact Robyn Wright on email [email protected]

If you are interested in volunteering for any other regular or part time roles for the Senior Club or Academy (13- 18 years) we always welcome anybody able to help, and there are many small jobs which your skills/interests may suit.
