Senior Club Coaches Announced for the 2014-15 Season

The committee has been working hard over the Spring & Summer to ensure our Senior Club Coaching Team is in place for the 2014-15 season.

We’re pleased to announce the new coaching team below:

Men’s section:

Men’s 1st XI – Jon Noble continues in this role

Men’s 2nd XI – Tom Hewitt continues in this role

Men’s Club Coach – Christian (Paddy) Howard has been appointed into the role

Many of you will know Christian as he’s been a regular 1st XI player over the past 8 of years, he will be a level 2 coach by the time the season starts.

Ladies’ section:

Ladies’ 1st XI – Lucy-Ann (LA Chacksfield) she replaces the retired Colyn Biddle. LA has been a regular Ladies’ 1st XI and Masters player and she recently returned from representing England O40’s at the Hockey World Cup (where she won a bronze medal)! She brings a wealth of coaching experience to the club.

Ladies’ 2nd XI – Steve Finch he has moved from Men’s Club coach into the role of taking the Ladies’ 2s straight back into the Midlands leagues. Steve is also heavily involved in JAC and County School set ups for Northamptonshire.

Ladies’ Club Coach – Steve Roffe who was a regular supporter at training last session and he has recently been involved with coaching in the club’s Junior section helping many of the junior’s progress into the Academy section. Steve has also played within both the mixed and men’s sections of the club.
