What’s on at Moulton on Saturday 22nd November

9am-10.30am: Junior Training at Moulton College Sand Base (Gate 3). All juniors aged 3-11 are welcome. If you’ve not been before, just come on down and try us out!

9am-10.30am: Back2Hockey Training at Moulton College Sand Base (Gate 3). For all adult beginners or those that have been out of the game for a few years (or more!). The training is fun and is all about enjoying yourself and keeping fit.

10am: Ladies 3s vs. Oundle 1s at Moulton College Water Base (Gate 4). This could be a tough match for Emma Sibbald’s side as they face an in form Oundle, but with a good mix of youth and experience Saints should give them a good run for their money.

12pm: Men’s 1s vs. Sutton Coldfield 1s at Moulton College Water Base (Gate 4). This game has got ‘6 pointer’ written all over it, with both teams level on points in the bottom half of the table. A win would see Saints start to pull clear of the relegation zone. They’re missing the presence of centre forward Tristan O’Connor to injury, but other than that remain at full strength.

12.15pm: Men’s 3s vs. Sutton Coldfield 3s at Moulton College Sand Base (Gate 3). The 3s host bottom of the table Sutton so will be looking to take 3 points from this match. With a few absentees, skipper Simon Chapman has had to shuffle around his squad a bit, but they are still looking strong and will be hoping youngster Jack Knight can maintain his recent goalscoring run.

2pm: Men’s 6s vs. Nuneaton 4s at Moulton College Sand Base (Gate 3). The bottom 2 teams face each other in this Central League South East Division 1 game. With both teams struggling to score goals, this has got a 1-0 scoreline written all over it. Let’s hope this goes in favour of the home team!

3.30pm: Ladies 4s vs. Oundle 2s at Moulton College Sand Base (Gate 3). The mum’s and daughters side which is the 4s, face promotion favourites Oundle 2s. But with a strong looking squad, they should go into the game with confidence.
