Volunteers required for National Indoor event at Kettering

England Hockay are looking for local people who may be free and willing to volunteer at the Indoor Hockey 5s tournament tomorrow (Sat 10th January) at Kettering Indoor Arena.

Brief details of roles vacant are:

1. Mascot Team Member – assist the Mascots as they entertain the crowds, be their voice and ensure their safety.
   1. Start time: 3.30pm
   2. Min age – 15 (parental consent needed for U18s)

2. Ball Patrol Team Lead – Lead team of ball patrol on and off pitch throughout the event Make sure team are smart, functioning well together, alert and focused in each game. Direct ball patrol to positions. Ensure all understand role.
   1. Start time: 4.30pm
   2. Min age – 18
   3.  
3. Spectator Services Team Member – Main Duties: Collection of pre-paid tickets. Sell programmes to spectators on arrival and within seating area. Positive outcome to any ticketing queries or issues. Meet & greet – welcoming, polite & professional
   1. Start time: 3.30pm
   2. Min age – 15

Hockey Makers will receive an event branded fleece, a Hockey Maker bag, refreshments and food. There is a volunteer rest room to leave coats etc. Parking is free at the venue.
