Club AGM on Wednesday 27th July

The club will be holding their AGM on Wednesday 27th July.

7.30pm start at Moulton College, classroom H18 which is located at Gate 3 (near to the clubhouse). See below map for exact location

AGM 2016 Agenda and Voting Forms

You’ll see from the voting form that we have created 3 new roles on the Executive Committee for the 2016/17 season. These roles are:

• Men’s Club Representative
• Ladies Club Representative
• Junior/Parent Club Representative

We’ll release a full job description for these 3 roles shortly. But we are essentially looking for members from the Men’s and Ladies Senior Sections of the Club (who play either Men’s, Ladies or Mixed Hockey) and a Member of the Junior Section of the Club (i.e. a parent) to sit on the executive committee to add their say. We hold 4 meetings a year so we are not asking for you to commit too much of your time. The Executive Committee is in place to discuss the long term plans/strategies of the club (as appose to the general day to day issues).

This AGM is open to all club members (from Junior age groups through to Seniors).
