Club Kit Survey

We are undertaking a review of the club kit after feedback from many of our members.

The most important part of this review is asking you as a club member what is most important to you, to make sure we understand what everyone’s needs are. To gather this information we have put together a short survey and we would really appreciate it if you could take the time to fill this in and give us your feedback. It will only take a few minutes of your time. 

We have emailed the survey to our membership on 23/05/17. If you have not received a copy please email [email protected]

We know it is a small window but please can all surveys be completed by Sunday 28th May to allow us enough time to go through all of the responses and hopefully have new kit ready for the start of the coming season.

All members who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a complete set of new playing kit!
