Club Run on Sunday 22nd August

Northampton Hockey club are pleased to confirm its first official club run around Pitsford resevoir on Sunday 22nd August. With both a 5k and 10k distance on offer, you are all welcome to join us for some pre-season fun! There is no pressure on times, just go for it at your pace. 

The event will be free to enter with donations welcomed on the day to help raise funds for new club equipment and to help pay for in-school taster sessions from September. 

For those wanting a momentum of the day you can buy a limited edition event shirt, prices start at £10. All orders for these need to be placed by end of play on Monday so please be quick. To confirm your attendance please join the club on strava and sign up to the event. If you don’t have an account please let Tom Lewington know directly that you intend to join in the run ([email protected]).

Details for both 5k and 10k distances: 

> Open to all ages and abilities as long as you are able to walk, jog or run 5k. 

> All juniors need to be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult

> 11.30am meet for 11.45am start

If allowed the bbq will be cooking to welcome all finishers after their runs. Please feel free to bring a few beers with you and celebrate the season ahead!
