Saints Girls U14s travelled to a wet and windy Stourport on Sunday.
The visitors dominated for large periods of the game but unfortunately came away with a 1-0 loss. Saints player of the match, Elsa, controlled the game from centre back assisted by a disciplined and solid performance from Izzy.
Saints conceded shortly after half time from a penalty corner, but some Amazing Saves from keeper, Mae, during a purple patch from Stourport kept Saints in the game. Saints were unlucky not to equalise after a long period of dominance which resulted in Stourport playing all eleven in defence.
With good debut performances from Josie & Rose, the team showed great determination, resilience and team spirit.
