Official Sponsors Announced for the Awards & Celebration Dinner

With 140 tickets so far confirmed for the Celebration & Awards Night since the initial release 2 weeks ago, we are also delighted to confirm details of our Official Event Sponsor, award sponsors and details of the awards being handed out at the event at The Park Inn,  Northampton on 7 May.

The club is very happy to announce Home Outlet Stores as our official Event Sponsor for the evening. We are also delighted to confirm that trophies will be presented on the evening to the winners in the following categories, with thanks to our newly confirmed sponsors:

• The Recruitment Group Player’s Player of the Year will see each a winner from each squad, voted for by their team mates, for their consistent performances over the season
• The Captain’s Pick is an award issued to one player from each squad, selected by the captain/coach from that side at their r discretion – best player? most improved? best team player? It’s up to the captain!
• The Golden Stick Award with Michael Jones Jeweller is all about the gunslingers! We acknowledge the efforts of our sharp shooting goal scorers and see who our judging panel will crown ‘Best Goalscorer’ of the season from the mens and ladies teams respectively
• The Golden Glove Award with Michael Jones Jeweller will see us recognise our stable of brilliant goalkeepers and result in one of them from the men’s and ladies’ being recognised by our panel as ‘Best Goalkeeper’ this season
• Team of the Year trophies will be presented to the mens team and the ladies team judged to have performed the best this season in the eyes of our panel
• The Stowe School Breakthrough Player will pay tribute to our hugely talented pool of junior players who have made an impact in the senior ranks this season, with one boy and one girl to be recognised as being the breakthrough player of the season
• The Deane Roofing Player of the Year Award is presented to one mens player and one of the ladies ranks who have delivered consistent high performances in their respective team(s) showing great team ethic, respect for their team mates, the club and the game.

We’ll preview each award with a few of the runners and riders who could be in the mix as we start to count down to what promises to be a night to look forward to.

Details of how to vote for your Recruitment Group Player’s Player Award will be shared by the captain/coach of each team with the result of this and all the awards to be revealed on 7 May at the event.
