I just want to take this opportunity to introduce myself and our physiotherapy clinic, Move4 Physio.

My name is Lee Daggett, and I am one of the directors at Move4, based out of the Courteenhall estate, and Riverside Retail Park.

We have a variety of experience within our ranks. We have MSK, cardiorespiratory and neurological physiotherapists with high level NHS experience and GP triage services, alongside POGP registered Pelvic Health physiotherapists.

This is contrasted with over 50 years of elite level professional sport experience within our ranks, with many of our physio’s at Move4 currently working within the medical team at Northampton Saints RFC.

We offer physiotherapy, pilates, sports massage and strength and conditioning.

One extra service which we are beginning specifically for all members of Northampton Saints Hockey Club is a FREE 5 minute triage phone call.

This means that if you pick up a niggle or injury at training or at the weekend, you can access one of our physio’s for a quick chat, providing you with some useful information and giving you a recommendation of the best way to manage your issue in the short and long term.

This is obviously a quick conversation, but it provides you with more clarity around availability for selection, and the best way to manage your issue and reduce the timeframe you may be looking at to return to the sport you love.
