Hockey Open Day - Saturday 21st August 2010

CLUB OPEN DAY – Sat 21stAugust 2010, 10am - 4pm
Why not come along and see what our club and sport is all about. It’s being held at Moulton Sports Complex. (Pound Lane, Moulton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN3 7SD)
Junior coaching session in the morning; qualified coaches on hand to offer refresher training to all; friendly 7-a-side matches to participate in plus a BBQ, bouncy castle and other fun activities.
What do you need to bring? - Just yourselves and maybe (optional) some shin pads and a gumshield. We'll provide the rest (sticks, balls etc.).
Registration times:
9.30-10am: Junior Registration
Up to 11.30am: Badgers (12-16 yrs) and adult registration
Timetable for the day:
10 – 11 am: Junior coaching session
11 – 12 pm: Junior 7 a-side games (teams organised dependant on age range and numbers available)
12-1pm: Adult and badgers (12-16 yrs) coaching session
1 pm – 2pm: Mens demonstration match (watch the game and enjoy some food from the BBQ!)
2pm – 3 pm: mixed 7 a-side – badgers (half pitch) and adults (other half)
Off pitch activities:
Tuck shop running throughout the day
BBQ: 12.30 – 2.30pm
Bouncy castle all day
Crossbar challenge
